Hey folks,

We're looking to get some of our old out of date content updated, and one of our more interesting articles, in my opinion, is the Story of the Month, currently the one we have is quite abit old and it could defenetly use some updating so, what I'm more or less asking for is:

Either a story relating a past event in another MMO, or
Some sort of fan-fiction/roleplay story.

I am working on one now for VS Warcry.
I wrote out the plot and storyline last week in an evening.
After several nights of fleshing it out, I am only 75% complete.
Early next week, I will mail it to Arrakiv.

What kind of length are you looking for? Any kind of guidelines as to humor, serious, or just any old story? I've got a plethora of stuff (already submitted one actually) but I didn't want to flood email addresses.

Any story really, as long as it relates to a MMORPG past experience. Hopefully long enough to be a story, not just:

"Well, one day I was camping Leaping Lizzy but someone took her from me."

That wouldn't be so great, afew paragraphs would be prefered, at least.

Reading through the stories has been absolutely great so far. You all make it so hard to pick! :-)

Any estimation as to when we will find out the results? Highly anticipating reading the winners' stories :D

Shortly. As in, I'll be announcing winners within, quite possibly, the hour.

I dunno if anyone has noticed this, but the story of the month is still showing the old one from way back when.

yeah the link for the new story of the month still shows the old one for me too.

The link to the story of the month is still messed up, but I was able to read the story about the dwarf by clicking on 'read more' in the lower right hand corner of the news article.

That was... odd. Problem is resolved though.

WoW i rad through the new story and I can see why it was the story of the month. Very well done and thanks for bringing us the stories. :)
