Currently own an older XPS Gen 2 laptop with the following specs:

Pentium M 2.00 GHz Proc
2 Gb Ram (DDR2 PC 4200 SODIMM)
GeForce Go 6800 Ultra w/ 256 mb
80 Gb HD with a 250Gb External HD

I've been looking forward to playing Vanguard, but the Video Card in this has me slightly worried that I may not be able to play. I read in an earlier post that you need a wicked laptop to run this game decently. I am not looking to play the game at the highest settings. Please let me know if this laptop will play the game with at least medium settings. Thanx in advance for any input.

I honestly doubt you will be able to play on medium settings, you could probably swing the low end though. I have to say though I come from FPS more so then anything, so with that said alot of people find 20-30 fps acceptable where as I do not. So if thats ok for you, then yes you might be able to squeeze medium.

I have pretty much the same specs except a geforce 7900 gs and a bit faster of a processor and it runs fine for me.
