The requirements for Kojan and Thestra and similarly large.

color=red]Aruspex[/color] had this to add when talking about a diplomats role in Guild House construction.

The Diplomacy requirement is unique in that members of a guild of all levels can participate in the collection of materials for it - it requires tier 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 information to get the ingredient from Diplomacy.

Remember one person is not going to be collecting all of these things - guild halls have requirements on the assumption that many people from all three spheres will participate in collecting the materials.

In the case of Diplomacy, you don't have to be high level to help your guild collect materials.

We are very interested in feedback on the requirements, however, but this is the reasoning behind those requirements.

Thank you to both Aruspex and Demila for this excellant information.

Be sure to read the entire thread here and feel free to stop by our furums and let us know your thoughts.
